Site purpose:
This site was constructed 5 years ago to help keep fellow MHS Class of 1974 classmates informed and in touch with each other. It is one of the only locations where our high school classmates and alumni from other MHS classes can find us and remain in contact for many years.  As additional Marion classes construct their own websites we will link-up with them and further our communication. Recently the classes of 1967, 1983 and 1959 have been added!

With the www.marionclass74.com website we will be informed about Alumni Foundation activities because our website is linked to and from the MHS and Marion Alumni Association websites.  We already have had over 13,500 visits to the website since December 2003. Around reunion time our website was averaging 193 visits a week and maxed out at 511 the week before the reunion. The website averages about 50-100visits per week. It is great other Marion classes are preparing their own class websites.

A reminder that this website monthly fee is now supported by GoDaddy.com. For the 1st four years the monthly fee was paid by our classmates to keep it on-line.

Our class graduated just before computers were used in our schools. We've had some catching-up to do. It was great we were the first MHS class to support a class website.
